Why it works best here
The "Leanback" UI of Ocean Streamz was built specifically for these large screen interfaces.
Step 1: Install "Downloader"
Since Ocean Streamz is a community app, it is not on the Play Store. We need a bridge.
- Open the Google Play Store on your TV.
- Go to the Search bar (or hold the mic button).
- Say or type "Downloader".
- Install the orange icon app by AFTVnews.
Step 2: Grand Permissions (Crucial)
Android 10+ requires special permission to write files.
- Open Downloader.
- Click Allow when asked for file access.
- (Optional) If you are on a Chromecast, you might need to go to Settings > System > Developer Options and enable "Unknown Sources" for Downloader manually.
Step 3: Enter the Code

Step 4: Install & Setup
The file (approx 17MB) will download.
- Click Install when the popup appears.
- Click Open.
- Select "TV Mode" if requested (usually auto-detected).
Pro Tip: Add to Home Screen
Sometimes installed apps don't appear in the top row immediately.
- Scroll to the far right of your "Apps" row.
- Click "See All" or the "+" icon.
- Scroll down to find Ocean Streamz.
- Long-press the "Select" button (center button).
- Choose Move and drag it to the front of the line.
