Copyright Compliance

DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Here is how to report infringing content.

1. Copyright Compliance

It is the policy of Ocean Streamz to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). In addition, we will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined by us to be "repeat infringers".

2. Technology & Safe Harbor

Ocean Streamz is an Online Service Provider under Title II of the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("OCILLA").

"We function strictly as a search tool. We DO NOT host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. All links found in the app are hosted by third-party websites (e.g., rapidgator, usercloud, mixdrop) unrelated to us."

Because we do not control the content on these external sites, we cannot remove the file itself. However, we can disable the link from appearing in our search results.

3. How to File a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on a third-party site accessed via our app infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (Proprietary URL patterns or specific search queries) that you wish us to disable.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Please send all notices to:
Email: [email protected]

* Please allow 1-3 business days for an email response.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice.
